- Location – Moulsford Preparatory School, Moulsford, OX10 9HR
- Time – 12.15-1.45
- Dates – Every Sunday from 20th February – 10th April, inclusive
- Who – Seniors & Development Squad
- Cost – Free of charge to attendees (GCC recognise the importance and benefit of pre-season training so are funding these sessions as an incentive to those that come along)
- Where – Sports Hall (exclusive use for GCC), plus access to viewing balcony for supporters/parents
